WHOLE-HOME REPIPES Q&A
Straight answers before you call.
Can't find yours? Our full Q&A covers 60+ topics, or talk to a real person 24/7.
How long is the water off?
A few hours at a time. We reconnect water every evening so you can stay in the home.
PEX or copper?
PEX for most homes: it resists freezing, costs less and has fewer joints. Copper where exposed or where you prefer it.
Will my walls be wrecked?
We open small access holes and our own drywall crew patches and textures them. Most clients just need to paint.
Does insurance cover a repipe?
Usually not the pipe itself, but it often covers damage from a leak. Many insurers also lower premiums once polybutylene is gone.
