Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Monthly plans cancel with 30 days notice. Yearly plans are refunded for any unused months, minus services already used.
Does the membership transfer if I sell my home?
Yes. The plan stays with the house, which is a nice extra for buyers.
How many systems does a plan cover?
Each plan covers one furnace and one AC, and Premium adds the water heater. Ask us about homes with more systems.
When do you schedule my tune-ups?
We reach out in early fall for heating and early spring for cooling. You can also book them yourself online.
Do discounts apply to replacements?
Premium members get $500 toward a new system, on top of current specials.
