ELECTRICAL Q&A
Straight answers before you call.
Can't find yours? Our full Q&A covers 60+ topics, or talk to a real person 24/7.
Do I need a panel upgrade for an EV charger?
Not always. We run a load calculation first. Many 200-amp homes can add a charger without an upgrade, and smart load managers avoid one in others.
How much does a panel upgrade cost?
Most 200-amp panel upgrades we do cost between $2,800 and $4,500 including the permit and utility coordination.
Why does my breaker keep tripping?
An overloaded circuit, a short or a ground fault. Repeated tripping is a warning sign and should be checked by an electrician.
Are you licensed in my state?
Yes. Our electricians are licensed in Colorado and Texas, and we pull permits in every city we serve.
