How loud is a mini-split?
Indoor heads run around 19-25 decibels, quieter than a library. The outdoor unit is quieter than a standard AC condenser.
Do mini-splits heat too?
Yes. Every system we install is a heat pump that heats and cools, including cold-climate models for Colorado.
How many zones do I need?
One head per room you want controlled separately. Open floor plans often cover two rooms with one head.
How long do they last?
Fifteen to twenty years with an annual cleaning. We include the first cleaning in your install.
