How much does recessed lighting cost?
About $200 to $300 per light installed in an accessible ceiling, less in groups. Our six-light package is $1,250 with a dimmer.
Is aluminum wiring dangerous?
It can be at connections. We fix it with CO/ALR devices or AlumiConn connectors at every outlet, switch and fixture, far cheaper than a full rewire.
Do I need a permit for new outlets?
For new circuits, yes. Replacing devices on existing circuits usually doesn't. We pull it when it's required.
Can you patch the drywall?
Yes. Our handyman crew patches and textures any openings we make.
